There’s so many cool and interesting shops and restaurants on Prospect Road in Peoria Heights and one of those unique shops I happened to stop in at yesterday is Olio and Vino. This place is perfect for this time of the year because they have all kinds of unique gift baskets featuring olive oil, balsamic vinegars, gourmet foods and a huge world-wide wine selection complete with a unique Napa Technology WineStation for in-store tastings. Yeah, you heard me right, free wine! Anyway, I stopped in yesterday and found our fifth person of Peoria for this series, the owner of Olio and Vino, Stephanie. Let’s meet her right now!
People Of Peoria: Person Number Five—Stephanie
Stephanie not only owns Olio and Vino in Peoria Heights, she’s the owner and operator of Bernardi’s Pub in Dunlap with her brother and she also owns Bernardi's in Washington! Quite an enterprising woman! Now let’s find out some of her Peoria favorites below.
