People of Peoria: Person Number 15—Alyssa

Alyssa is the first person you meet as you enter the spacious AMP offices and radio studios. She’s the receptionist and traffic director here and I found out she’s been with the company just a few months, but she’s already a pro at the job. She multi-tasked by getting a listener two free tickets he had won that day and answering the questions to this week’s Peoria Favorite Five List directly below!

I’m currently doing a seven month steak tour on the blog, where’s your favorite place in Peoria to get a steak? It’s a tie between Alexander’s Steakhouse and Jim’s Bistro. They’re both deeelish!

What’s your favorite locally owned place to shop at? Moon Dancer Boutique, it’s got such a great selection of unique items in there!

Who’s your favorite Peoria person? I’d have to say Dawn Alwan from Fortner Insurance. She’s the most driven woman I know...outside of my mother!

What’s your favorite curse word? I don’t really have a favorite one, but shit is the one I use most often, so I’ll go with shit!

Who would you like to give a shout-out to? Well, I’d have to go with Advanced Media Partners and all of the great radio stations here!
