Yesterday I put up a post from Emack & Bolio’s for the MBIP Drink of the Week. It made me think of the ten week ice cream tour and some of the other times we’ve done ice cream related blogs. Since it’s the middle of the summer of 2018, I thought it would be the perfect time to spotlight some spots to go and cool down with an ice cream treat in and around Peoria.
