I’m excited this week because I bought a pizza stone and I’m anxious to try it out. Several people have told me to try this method of cooking frozen pizzas and so this week that’s exactly what we’re going to do!
To the MBIP World Headquarters Kitchen and Dining Area we go!
I usually stick with cheese pizza, but this Schnuck’s Cheeseburger pizza caught my eye and I decided to try it out this week.
There it is in its frozen state.
The Instructions for the pizza stone said to put the frozen pizza in the microwave for a few minutes to thaw it out, so that’s what I did.
Then you pre-heat the oven to 500 degrees and cook the pizza for about five minutes at this high heat on the pizza stone.
They suggest you monitor it the whole time as cooking temperatures fluctuate with different pizzas.
Here’s the pizza pie out of the oven at about six minutes after cooking on high heat on the pizza stone. It looks perfectly done!
Time to season the pizza pie with hot sauce, black pepper and Butch’s hot sauce and seasoning.
Okay, it’s seasoned and all cut up, time to let it cool a little bit.
While we let it cool, let’s watch this guy cook a cheeseburger inside of a pizza.
Okay, that was oddly entertaining, now back to our pizza post, already in progress!
The pizza stone cooked this pizza perfectly, it’s nice and crispy and well done, just the way I like it!
The pizza is really tasty. It’s got savory chunks of beef, a mix of cheeses and onions and the crust is nice and crispy.
The pizza stone cooked it perfectly and this is a delicious pizza pie!
I highly recommend this Schnuck’s Cheeseburger PIzza and I’m giving it a high rating of 8.4.
That’s all folks, see you all tomorrow!
