Last December I got a take-out pizza from 460° Pizza which had just recently opened up a few months earlier. I really enjoyed the pizza back then, so I thought we’d go and sample a fresh pizza cooked on the spot there this week.
So let’s go and try a fresh, in-house made pizza pie at 460° Pizza!
Here we are at 460° Pizza. Let’s go in and start today’s pizza adventure!
There’s an informational board and menus that greet you when you walk in the door.
The information board says that you order over at the front counter, so that’s where I went.
Once I got there, I met up with the owners of 460° Pizza, Trey and Kaitlyn.
They’re very nice and they told me that business has been great lately. I placed my order with them and off they went…
Into the kitchen area to prepare tonight’s pizza treat!
I chose this booth to sit at and check it out, every booth has a personal TV attached to the wall!
Let’s take a further look around in here while our pizza pie is being made.
Booths line the middle of the restaurant and they also line the far wall in this pizza parlor. Lamps swing over the booths providing the lighting in here.
There’s a large communal table up front near this window that overlooks the parking lot.
Meanwhile, back at my booth, I’ve placed the napkin holder next to my iced tea, in aticipation of our food arriving soon!
And just like that, our pre-pizza order of chicken wings arrive!
I got the Sweet Teriyaki flavor and they were plump, juicy and delicious.
The Sweet Teriyaki had a nice sweet and savory flavor and these were tasty chicken wings!
Here’s the star of this week’s pizza post, a lovely cheese pizza, just for me!
This is just my style of pizza, the pizza is well-done and the crust is cracker-thin and looks very crunchy!
Let’s take a bite and see how it tastes!
Wow, it’s even better than the take-out I had last December!
The crust is cracker-thin, it’s cooked to a crispy perfection and very tasty. The cheese is rich and tasty and the sauce has a sweetness and tang that is very tasty.
This is a wonderful, fresh pizza pie!
Now it’s time to rate this pizza pie!

THE RATING SYSTEM
Any rating from 0 to 5.9 is a substandard pizza that you should definitely avoid.
A rating from 6 to 8.5 is a good pizza and gets the MBIP pizza pie recommendation.
A rating from 8.6 to 9.4 means the pizza is very high quality and you need to try it out as soon as you can.
Ratings from 9.5 to 10 represent the best pizzas in Peoria (in my opinion).
