Okay, even though there’s still places that serve pizza in Peoria, it’s time to call an end to this series. I’ve eaten all the pizza I can stand plus we’re still eating pizza on our YouTube channel, The Midwest Slice Of Life. Check that out and subscribe to the page by clicking here if you haven’t already!
I thought we’d end this series by making a homemade pizza right here at the MBIP World Headquarters, Mach IV.
So without any further adieu, because I’m not a fan of adieu, here’s the MBIPIZZA everyone!

The MBIPIZZA
First we’ll make the sauce for our homemade pizza pie.
I’m combining three sauces plus some seasonings for our pizza sauce.
For the sauce I’m using Schnuck’s Pizza Sauce, Ragu Cheese Sauce and a Six Cheese Pasta Sauce.
I’m also adding Texas Pete’s Hot Sauce, Black Pepper, Red Pepper, Onion Powder and homemade hot sauce from my friends, Amber and Joe.
For the crust I’m using this ultra-thin crust and I’m going to pre-cook it in the oven to add to the crispness of it.
I’ve got three different blends of cheese and one tub of soft cheese to top it off with.
There’s the sauce and the bagged cheeses all mixed together.
After about five minutes the crust is good and crisp and I took it out of the oven and applied sauce and our cheese mix to it.
Then I added several dollops of the Kaukaun Super Sharp Cheese Spread.
This will add a nice level of cheese richness to our homemade pizza pie!
Into the oven it goes…
And about twelve minutes later, here it is fresh out of the oven and it looks fantastical!
We’ll season it with more of Amber and Joe’s hot sauce, some black pepper and a liberal dosing of Syberg’s Sweet Heat Sauce.
Wow, it looks simply amazing!
Time to cut the final slice with our Midwest Slice Of Life pizza cutter that was given to me by Amber and Joe! Those two are too good to me!
I shouldn’t brag about my own pizza, but I have to tell you this was a slice of cheesy deliciousness!
The crust was so crispy and all of those cheeses and the sauce were so tasty and rich!
I love the MBIPIZZA!
