I’m happy to announce that the new MBIP World Headquarters, Mach IV is really starting to take shape after the fire that destroyed the former MBIP World Headquarters.
After the fire, one of my fears was that all of my pictures were destroyed by smoke and water damage that wrecked most of my furniture. Luckily, since they were hanging on the walls, the water didn’t damage them and thanks to BluSky Restoration Contractors, the smoke smell was taken away and 95% of my pictures were returned to me!
Last week, Tom and Nate from Technicraft came out to hang a bunch of the pictures and you can see them in action below and get a grand tour of the front room and the new Joan Jett Dining Room below!

Tom And Nate, The Installation Team From Technicraft
Here’s Nate Miller, who’s a Production Specialist at Technicraft and Tom Whalen, who owns the business with his wife, Karen.
I always knew that Technicraft did picture and art installations at businesses and art gallery’s, but I found out last year that they offer this service for homes and apartments as well!
If you’ve moved to a new space and don’t feel like hanging all of those pictures, Technicraft will come to your home or apartment and expertly hang all of your pictures for you and there won’t be a crooked picture that you need to rehang at all!
Just watch Tom and Nate in action below as they hang pictures in various areas of the new MBIP World Headquarters, Mach IV!

The Joan Jett Dining Room
As I mentioned above, it was just about a year ago that Tom and Nate installed the Joan Jett Hall Of Fame in the former MBIP World Headquarters.
I was so happy that all of the pictures from the hall of fame survived and I decided to put them up in the dining room in this new location.
Here’s Tom and Nate in action and they completed this in record time and the pictures are expertly hung and perfectly spaced on the walls.
The three large pictures are hung up high near the ceiling.
Below them are four shots of Joan, her groundbreaking album, “I Love Rock ‘N’ Roll” and a poster of her first band, The Runaways.
Tom suggested that we hang the three album covers off to the side and this was an excellent suggestion as it really helped to fill and balance this back wall.
That’s another reason that it’s great to hire experts for this, I never would’ve thought to do this.
These two pictures were hung on the side walls and now the Joan Jett dining room is all set! This would’ve taken me hours to do and Tom and Nate did it in record time!
Now on to the next wall!

Frank Zappa and Blondie
Another picture I was scared to death that I may have lost was this Frank Zappa and the Mother’s of Invention poster. My brother Jim gave it to me for my 16th birthday and it’s been in every place I’ve ever lived and has a lot of sentimental value. So I was thrilled to get this back!
Here’s Tom and Nate hanging that and below it is a brand new mini poster of Blondie that I just got framed at Technicraft.
And speaking of getting framed at Technicraft, I want to thank Karen Whalen and Stacy Vohland who were in charge of the framing of some of the new pictures and a lot of the old ones as well.
Almost all of these pictures were framed at Technicraft and they do such a great and creative job with them!
Here’s Frank and Blondie!

Over The Couch
The final pictures were hung over the couch and just like the other walls, Nate and Tom put this together in record time.
The front room and the Joan Jett Dining Room are now all complete and let’s take a grand tour of the brand new MBIP World Headquarters, Mach IV!

The Grand Tour of MBIP World Headquarters, Mach IV!
Tom and Nate did a fantastic job in hanging the photos in here! Nothing’s crooked and there’s not a thousand holes in the walls from miscalculated measurements!
The front room and the Joan Jett Dining Room are now all set and this place is really coming alive!
Next is the kitchen and I hope to be able to feature that next week!
Thanks to Tom, Nate, Karen and Stacy from Technicraft for helping me rebuild the brand new MBIP World Headquarters!
Stay tuned for further developments!
