Live, from Kickapoo, Illinois, it’s Saturday Night, starring this week’s host, Pizza 150 with special guest stars, Bailey, Christina and Jason!
Now please welcome from Kickapoo, Illinois, this week’s host: Pizza 150!
Here we are at Pizza 150, there’s lots of outdoor seating, but I prefer to sit indoors, so here we go in through the double doors to start our Saturday night in Kickapoo, Illinois!
I’m dining alone, so I thought we’d sit in at the bar in here. We’ll take a look at the main dining room in a little bit.
I settled in at the bar and Bailey, the pretty and friendly bartender on duty brought me a bottle of Budweiser and took my dinner order. Bailey’s also a writer and we had a nice chat at the bar.
There’s the beers on tap, some of the canned beers are in front of those, they have the specials on the wall and there’s some table seating opposite the bar.
The back of the bar is impressive with several large TV’s and an impressive inventory. Some of the favorite drink offerings are listed on this board.
Christina and Jason were seated at the bar and they posed for a photo. It was nice to meet and I had a nice conversation with the two of them.
There’s a gaming room in the front of the bar for all of you gamblers out there.
Here’s the main dining room with a unique host area made from the side of a truck.
There’s tables and comfortable booths to dine at in here.
There’s the pick-up window with a gigantic ice cream cone off to the side. They have Uncle Bob’s Ice Cream available here for dessert.
There’s an antique church pew and I love the peace signs in here!
Meanwhile, back at the bar…
Dinner is arriving! First up is an appetizer order of the Pulled Pork Wontons. They are served with a sweet chili sauce and they look amazing!
These were so tasty and delicious!
They are crispy on the outside and filled with a creamy pulled pork and cheese mixture. The sweet chili sauce complimented them perfectly. What a unique and tasty appetizer!
I got a pizza for the main course and it did not disappoint!
I built my own pizza and got double cheese, bacon and ham as toppings. I also got it extra well done and it was a crispy and delightful pizza pie.
This was a fun and delicious evening at Pizza 150, thanks to Bailey and everyone there for making this a wonderful Saturday night in Kickapoo, Illinois!
