Schnucks
Here we are at Schnucks where we’ll get all the ingredients for tonight’s cheeseburger meal.
As usual, I have no plans and we’ll figure out this meal as we roam the aisles in here.

The Ingredients
Okay we’re back at The MBIP World Headquarters and I have a plan for tonight’s cheeseburger meal and here’s the ingredients I bought for that aforementioned cheeseburger meal.
In the top photo clockwise from the top: A can of Hormel No Bean Chili, Hot Chili Seasoning, Kaukauna Sharp Cheddar and Smoky Cheddar Cheese and Inglehoffer Sweet Hot Mustard.
In the bottom photo: Two pre-made Loaded Burgers stuffed with cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
Okay…let’s cook!

The Chili Cheese Sauce
We’ll take one of the Loaded Cheeseburger patties and break it up and brown it in this buttered pan. I also seasoned the beef with pepper, mustard powder and hot sauce.
Once the meat is browned I added the Hormel No Bean Chili to the beef and added more black pepper, mustard powder, hot sauce and the Hot Chili seasoning. I sampled it and it tastes spicy and delicious!
Now let’s get cheesy with it!
I dumped in both containers of the Kaukauna cheddar cheese and a healthy dollop of the Inglehoffer Sweet Hot Mustard and some more of the Hot Chili seasonging powder and it tastes rich, spicy and wonderful!
I covered the chili-cheese mixture and we’ll let that simmer on low heat as we keep moving along with our Saturday night dinner!

The Hamburger
Now we’ll take the other Loaded Burger and put it in a buttered pan and start cooking that up.
I seasoned both sides with black pepper and mustard powder and flipped it several times. We’ll let this continue to cook as we move on to our next step in building this Saturday night meal.

The Buns
I got some Brioche Hamburger Buns from the bakery section and here’s a pro tip regarding buns, just use the top part of the buns, throw away the bottom section of the bun or give the bottoms to your dog if you have one.
I buttered the top buns up and put them under a red-hot broiler.
They toasted up quickly then I added two slices of Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese to each top bun and they quickly melted perfectly!
Okay, time to plate this Saturday Night Cheeseburger Meal!
I put a nice squeeze of the Inglehoffer Sweet Hot Mustard on the burger and then topped it with our spicy chili-cheese mixture and put the cheesy top bun on top of the chili-cheesburger.
And now the final ingredient for our Saturday Night dinner: A 16 ounce can of Bud Light! Okay, let’s go enjoy this meal!

The Chili-Cheeseburger Meal At MBIP World Headquarters!
From left: Chicken in a Biskit crackers (yet another misspelled snack item!), the chili cheeseburger, the chili cheese mixture and the Bud Light.
Okay, time to dig in to this fantastic looking Saturday night meal!
I put part of the chili-cheese mixture in a bowl as a side dish and it was equal parts spice and cheesy richness!
I took some of the Chicken in a Biskit crackers and dunked them in the chili-cheese mixture and it was a real taste treat and a nice way to start out this fabulous Saturday night dinner at the MBIP World Headquarters!
Now on to the star of the show, the chili-cheeseburger!
It tasted just as fabulous as it looks!
There was so much flavor happening with this burger! The sharp cheddar cheese on the soft and bakery fresh bun was rich and creamy and the chili was spicy and complimented the savory burger perfectly!
This was a tasty and a fantastic chili-cheeseburger!
I dunked it in the chili and it took it to a level of flavor that is impossible to describe!
This was a fabulous chili-cheeseburger and what a delicious Saturday night dinner!
