Okay, we’re up to month number 11 of our 12 month fried chicken tour and this month leads us to Weaver Ridge’s Wednesday Night Chicken Special!
And so away we go to this special fried chicken night in January of 2025!
Here we are at Weaver Ridge’s Clubhouse…it’s freezing out here, let’s get inside!
Okay, it’s nice and warm in here and there’s the Fried Chicken Dinner sign, a complete fried chicken dinner meal for $14.50! Cluck yeah!
I think I see some familiar faces over at that table, let’s go and say hi and then we’ll start this fried chicken blog for our 11rh month in a row!
From the top, there’s Tom, Steve, Mike, Terry and Jeff! Okay this fried chicken gang is all in place, and it’s great to see everyone!
This is our pretty and friendly waitress and I forgot to write her name down but I think it was Tiffany. If I got that wrong, please leave a comment or DM me on facecrack and I’ll correct it! I take two weeks off and I still get pretty rusty at this stuff!
The fire is blazing right next to our table, nice!
There’s an impressive wooden bar located in the middle of the dining room and there’s a shot of the dining room from the back.
This hallway is loaded with fun photos about Weaver Ridge through the years.
Meanwhile, back at our table…
Dinner is served!
The special fried chicken dinner comes with mashed potatoes, gravy and a vegetable, but I opted for French Fries and skipped the vegetable. Tom skipped the fried chicken all together and opted for a grilled chicken dinner in the bottom photo.
The French Fries were surprisingly crispy and tasty! Usually I’m not that impressed with French Fries but these were exceptionally good!
Everyone enjoyed their dinners and the food was really good!
The fried chicken was juicy, cooked to perfection and you can read my review below!

Jeff’s Clean Plate Award!
There’s Jeff cleaning his chicken bones and as always, he wins the clean plate award for the evening!

The Fried Chicken Dining Experience
This was a wonderful place to enjoy a fried chicken dinner! The Clubhouse’s restaurant is a nice and friendly place to enjoy their Wednesday night fried chicken dinner special and the public is welcome here. You don’t have to be a member of the club to enjoy dinner here!
This is a fabulous place to enjoy a relaxing and nice dinner and the service was excellent. I’ll give them a nice rating of three and a half Colonel Sanders.

The Fried Chicken
The fried chicken was cooked to perfection and was very juicy, my only complaint is that it could have been seasoned a little more, it was a tad to the bland side. The French Fries were utter perfection though! All in all it was a good meal and for $14.50 I can’t complain…even though I did a little!
I’ll give the chicken a nice rating of three point two Colonels.
Great to see everyone and we’ll be back with another fried chicken dinner next month!
