We’re flying through this rib eating tour and we’ve got a special guest star this week, my gumball counting friend, Chad Wallace!
His appearance last week went over so big, we brought him back for a non-gumball post!
And let’s get this post started in true Spinal Tap fashion, oh boys…
You’re a naughty one, Saucy Jack…
Thanks, fellows! And now…
Here we are at the eighth stop for a rib dinner. Hey, check out the sign, how did they know we were coming? Maybe Chad called them…
Speaking of Chad, here he is in all his glory holding the door open. Great to see Chad and happy to have him as a special guest star once again!
Let’s go inside and start this saucy adventure!
We settled in at the bar and placed our luncheon order, the bartender was a little camera shy and didn’t want her picture taken, so I snapped another one of Chad at the bar.
We started off with an appetizer order of chicken wings and there’s Chad dipping a wing in Ranch Dressing. Terry Grawey would be proud of this moment!
As you can see, they have quite the selection of beers on tap in here!
There’s a gaming lounge across from the bar if you’re feeling lucky. Well, do you…punk?
There’s a dining area in the back and an elevated dining spot in the middle of the room,
Another bar is located in the very back of the room.
There’s a beer garden in the back with a bar and a nice fire blazing away!
Meanwhile, back at the bar, Chad is staring at his phone. I walked up and he was looking at photos of gumball machines on Google.
It’s kind of sad, but what are you going to do?
The main courses have arrived!
Chad got the Big Cat chicken sandwich which is a grilled chicken breast topped with melted Jack Cheese and peppers and onions. He got fries and cole slaw for his sides.
I got a half a rack of their BBQ Ribs with mac ‘n cheese and an ear of grilled corn.
Everything looks fabulous, let’s dig in!
The ribs were juicy, tender and had a wonderful BBQ flavor to them!
The mac ‘n cheese and grilled corn were excellent side dishes and very flavorful!
Chad said his sandwich and sides were tasty and fabulous!
They have their own housemade sauces here and I tried two of them and they both added a nice flavor level to the ribs.
I especially liked the Dark Ale Mustard sauce! It had a wonderful flavor and really elevated the taste and flavor of the BBQ ribs!
These were excellent BBQ ribs and I loved the house-made sauces! I’ll give them a nice rating of 10.4!
Thanks to Chad Wallace for joining me on a non-gumball lunch!
